Shahdazeh Xim Xoros ibn-Xim Malik al-Malika bin-Nazir Doros'
Prince in Exile
Brother to the former Shahdazeh of the House of Doros, Xim assumed the title himself upon the occasion of his brothers lynching and death during the final days of the Boteri Unification. Taking on the position himself, being crowned in exile, Xim Xoros has become something of a mogul in the ‘Entertainment’ sector of Trevast, constantly seeking out ways to further his own claims on his former throne - something which he hopes one day to take back.Personality
Xim is a manipulative and arrogant man, double crossing those who fulfil their use to him; yet more than capable of appearing sincere and trustworthy in public. He is a consummate political animal, and his personality and nature reflects that fact.
History
Having grown up in the shadow of his elder brother, he benefited immeasurably from the decadent lifestyle afforded him by the wealth of his family. With the best schooling his parents could impart on him, he learned languages, economics and sport from a young age, and was discovered to be naturally gifted with coin and numbers.
This was to prove most useful for him, for soon he was relocated out of the Palace of his father, so as to ensure he was not seen as a threat to the rise in prominence of his oldest sibling. Placed into the Reavers, a small team of slavers who operated at sea to claim new merchandise of the markets. He took to the trade with the eagerness his parents had hoped for, and developed a name for himself in the markets of the Boteri City of Nazir as a great and skilled plier of the lash.
Over the course of a decade he made a considerable fortune for himself, purchasing several pleasure houses, and even his own barge - which was to prove useful when the rebellion came. Driving his family out of their Palaces and life of excess, Xim was well prepared to ‘drop everything and leg it’ across the Ocean, taking only his barge and immediate retinue with him; he bolted for the lands of Trevast, wherein he fell back onto the income, and influence his upmarket entertainment houses had granted him.
Becoming something of a Kingpin on the Blackmail and extortion scenes, he made a fortune for himself in the Brothels he owned, ingratiating himself with the lower elements of Trevastian Society with little hesitation, a position in which he still resides.
